Bose 6cd changer- error. “ Please Eject discâ€

Postby Sf49168 » Tue Jan 07, 2020 1:30 pm

Hello

I have a 2008 SE. Currently my radio unit is saying “ Please eject “

Tried ejecting and all it says is rejecting desk but nothing happens. It clicks like it wants to eject. I tried changing the desks which it sounds like it wants to but does not change it. I’ve also taken the cables off the battery to see if it would reset and nothing comes from that.

I believe it worked fine until I had the battery change then I realize this error or coming up. Has anyone had the same issue, if so, what method to correct this problem?

Sorry none of us were able to help you with that.
Short of a good stereo store i do not have any recommendations..

There is no easy fix known to the board.

Since the methods you tried didn't work, the next step would be to remove the head unit and send it out for repair. You can send it to Bose Corp. for repair or an independent company that repairs Nissan Bose head units.

For Bose Corp., you can email them at [email protected] or call customer service at 1-800-379-2073.

For independent companies, do a web search for "Nissan Bose radio repair."

The dealer is only going to remove it, send it out and reinstall it, charging you a premium. You can do the R&R yourself with basic tools and mechanical comprehension. Try Willman's Electronics for a place to repair it:
