Brakes spongy

Brakes spongy

Hey all my brakes on my r51 manual are really spongy really have to plant foot to get to stop any ideas been like it since i bought it

Our brakes tend to be softer than most.
In the past i have found adding brake fluid and new brakepads help (especially if the old ones are worn down)

Since no other information was provided on the history, ownership, and maintenance of your vehicle. I'll throw it out there that you have air in your brake system. Needs a good bleed.
