Thanks for the replies.
I'm not looking to make my own caps.
I'd like to buy a cap kit but don't know where to cut the lines?
I'd like to find a spot near the front of the car so I don't have to remove the exhaust and heat shields.
There is a company "Surrauto" that makes caps but I'm not sure which one to order.
surrauto.com
Thanks again

If you use a cap kit like the one I posted, you don't cut the lines, you disconnect them where they attach to the front system at the passenger side firewall. Whether you want to cut and remove the rear tubes is up to you. If you use individual caps that require cutting the lines, you need to make sure the front coupler isn't already leaking, as I mentioned earlier. When you use the kit you're replacing the coupler with the cap fitting and getting new o-rings with it, so you can be pretty sure it won't be a problem.

Thanks again VStar,
Looks like the part you recommended installs at the lower part of the firewall?
I'll crawl under the car as soon as it stops raining and try to find where it connects.
It will be a lifesaver if this works.
Any tips for install?

Just make sure to lube the new o-rings, sliding them in dry is always a mistake. Use either PAG oil (preferred) or vaseline, don't use any sort of penetrating oil.

Thanks to your help I got the repair completed. Not sure how long it will last but for now It's blowing nice and cool.
I ordered the block from Amazon and it came with two O-rings. The block wouldn't mate up to the high pressure line with the provided O-ring. I had to go down one size to get it to fit.
There is a rubber gasket on the flange of the high pressure line that makes it set back further than the low pressure line.
Hard to explain but there was a washer on the low pressure line I guess to take up the gap. I think that's where it was leaking, so I removed the washer. I found a 3" piece of 1/4" stainless all thread and ran it through the block and the clamp. I secured it with 3/4" washers and nylon lock nuts on both sides.
Vacuumed for about an hour. Repair held vacuum for another hour.
Had it charged at a shop and all good for now.
Any idea if the washer was original or did the person who did the previous repair add it.
Thanks again.
I took some pictures but can't figure out how to post?

The attachments at Nico aren't working right now (technical issue) so they're probably down here too. Noel says it's temporary, they're working on it.
