Yeah, after those modifications I did to the liners . On a previous trip it was more snow and slush, and yeah, there did get to be enough buildup that I got a little rubbing, but not enough I would consider at all worrisome. OTOH, I'm a pansy native Californian that just goes and plays snowman for ...

Re: revisiting tire size

Still considering that myself. The OME offers enough clearance, but my debate lies with getting 285s that will add only 1/2" to the clearance, 1" to the width, but with a drop in MPG and power. Is it worth it? That's my biggest question at the moment. yeah, i am having the same thought re...

tire pressure sensor

so this might be a stupid question, but i assure you it wont be my last ;) ne1 know how the pressure sensor works? when i upgrade my tires, will i have to look at that little yellow "!" because i am no longer running at the factory set pressure? or do the tires measure pressure w/ respect ...

just outta curiosity, do you have two pathfinders?

you list a 2007 in your signature and problem w/ your engine and now a 2005 for this thread.

did i read something wrong or do you have problems w/ both?

only because i looked around....the after market shop that the dealership recommend were a bunch of shysters. 1st, they told me only the calmini lift was available (which i guess maybe i can give them a pass on, as info regarding stuff for the newer pathies was a bit hard to find)...and they wanted ...

sound advice...but too late! i already put the order in for OME shocks all the way around...no waiting for funds here ;) my understanding of this is that it is a nice way to get a lift (1-2.5" depending on how you set it...it is adjustable), but really doesn't provide any upgrade to the suspens...

Re: underbody armor

your the man, blink! thx for the info on both the emu and the plates. will pbby just do stock skids at this time and upgrade to a beefy set later. why is the 40mm only offered overseas? the dealer seemed to think that for some reason, the SE-OR differed somehow from the SE 4x4..any truth to this? Wh...

my understanding of this is that it is a nice way to get a lift (1-2.5" depending on how you set it...it is adjustable), but really doesn't provide any upgrade to the suspension system since it uses what you got. i am going w/ the OME as you get better quality coils and some nice shocks (if you...
