Old thread I know, but has anyone tried using an inline fluid filter instead of the Nissan filter kit? Seems like a lot of money for a filter, some hose and a sheet metal bracket.

Bump. Still no luck. And as far as I can tell the grommet is not included with the parking brake cable assembly.

I measured and itâ€™s pretty close. They might bottom out a little but I donâ€™t feel it and my shocks are still in good shape. I destroyed a front stock height Rancho Rancho RS9000 strut from not enough bump stoppage and my rear shocks are still doing fine.

Both my front and rear outputs are leaking on my T-Case. The rear appears to have an outer dust cover or boot? Is that separate from the seal? And should the nut be replaced or will it hold its torque? I know on some other vehicles yoke nuts are supposed to be placed after removal.

I actually installed this kit myself. Seems ok for the price. I needed both front and rear aligned after the install. Luckily my r51 came with the allignment bolts from the factory.

My guess would be it's part of the brake cable assembly, but, hard to say without seeing what you are talking about. Here's a part diagram link for the parking brake on a 2005 Pathfinder:

You will most likely need the camber kit for the front and rear. Also an alignment. After installing my spacer lift I was able to align the front myself since my r51 came with the bolts. I ended taking it in to have a professional alignment when my rear tires started to wear on unevenly.
