Parts came in and the rad trans swap was finished up in about a working day. Total cost $2650 otd with an oil change and a tail light replacement.
The dealer put me in a Rogue platinum free of charhe while they did the job. FYI I know not to look at Rogues as a vehicle choice ever. It can't get out ...

Now I'll hate to get rid of this thing.
The exterior is still in awesome shape. Tires with around 8k on them..
Brakes will be due this summer but that's no biggie.
I'm afraid it will start to nickle and dime me to death. The interior plastic parts are breaking (cupholders, latches etc..)

Yes....It's a radiator failure combo.
I'm on the hook for $2500 plus tax since I'm over the 80k "extended" warranty.

Those seem to be the only certainties right now....lol
Took the 06 in this morning with 83k on the clock for a diagnosis.
It was just as I suspected....
