My 08 LE had a rattle like your talking about. Mine was the moonroof sunshade rattling in the channel that it slides in and out on.
Mine was like that too. My dealer said they put an insulation in between but all they did was put some kind of rubber spacers all around the shade. A real cheap fix ...
