It was plugged into the old air intake pipe. I've got it kinda hooked onto the anti-lock brake pipes so it doesn't fall downward and drag.

Fixed!!!!
Ok.... I had the MAS (or is it MAF) airflow sensor facing the wrong direction against the flow of air. Basically, the sensor only plugs in one way. So I had to rotate the 2nd pipe so that the sensor was on the Right side allowing the sensor to correctly measure the airflow! Yes! mods are (eh-hem) wo...
