Well I don't hardly ever use the AC. Turned it on and took the wife to the store, and now I have a vibration at around 1000 rpm. It isn't there with the AC off. Can't win for lose. Will have to get under there Sunday. Any suggestions?

Thanks for all of the help, I had to try and take a look yesterday as it was about to bug me to death. Finally found it, an odd bolt on the AC Compressor (not related to mounting it) had come loose. Not sure why or how, but the vibe is gone.

Thanks for your help. May be a while before I am able to check it, as I will be out of town this weekend (not driving the truck out of town), and will keep everyone updated.

Thanks

The crank pulley could be loose. I had that problem after I had the secondary timing chain and guides replaced. The crank pulley bolt wasn't tightened to spec. Take a good look at the crank pulley itself. There's a chance the rubber that is between the inner and outer metal portions has deteriorate...

The crank pulley looks to have a little bit of a wobble to it. What could cause that?

Strange vibe?

Hey guys and gals, finally joined this forum after some lurking. My 2005 Pathfinder 2WD Auto has 95,000 miles, and the bypass has been done a LONG time ago. Timing chain/guides have been replaced. I now have this strange vibration in my floorboard that I can feel through the accelerator pedal. It ha...
