05+ LE Wheels with winter tires and chains

Just traded my 05 Pathfinder LE... I am selling the spare set of wheels, the OE 17" LE wheels with Hankook iPike (non-studded) tires. Maybe only 4000 miles on the tires, so still lots of life. $500 I also have the tire chains for these for sale also. $30 They are located at 95037 (Morgan Hill, ...

Looks like the Nissan version of the Infiniti JX... Some nice luxury upgrades, but I don't see any towing options, especially with a CVT and all-wheel drive.

So is this a common problem? Was the timing chain just loose? The way it was described to me was that it is a known problem, with the timing chain edge being made with a too abrasive edge, causing the premature wearing of the tensioner follower, leading to metal on metal contact, that will inevitab...

I just got booked in tomorrow for the same issue... $1350 at Sunnyvale Nissan. The way they described it made it sound like a design flaw to me...

I just drove from California up to Tofino, BC, hauling a 18' ultra-lite trailer. Fully loaded, it's probably around 4500lbs. On previous short trips I noticed the transmission temps getting quite high on slow uphill runs, so before this trip I installed a 10" cooling fan on the trans cooler. It...

I feel for you... I rear-ended someone earlier this year as well (unfortunately deemed my fault too but really caused by a reckless driver cutting in front of me then out again leaving me nowhere to go...). I completely agree that the factory brakes are inadequate for the R51, and I've upgrade to EB...

How did these fit over the stock LE wheels? I am seriously considering these but from what I can see from testing the templates, they won't allow the stock wheels to fit without spacers...

I have the Airlift airbags in the rear, as well as stiffer springs from King Springs in Australia. Those changes still haven't completely solved the bobble-head feeling you get sometimes... I was thinking of some kind of combination of splined bars and end links like those used in stock cars might b...

Make sure the windows is fully closed, maybe even press on it. Otherwise the main door will not open.

I had this happen to me before... Try making sure the window is fully latched closed. If it's not, then the main door won't open.
