when you reinstall, be sure to insert the side clips (#1 in the diagram) into the grill first. the place the grill back in the orginal location and pop those clips back into the mounting holes.

I use the performance tune, which improve my mpg very slightly. but with the WOT restriction disabled, the truck is so much fun to drive that i have to really try hard not to punch it every now and then. i'm in the same boat, looking to also get a pathfinder and do the armada swap. my frontier is titan swapped.

the scangauge is in my wife's altima now. i've found that the cortex is good enough for data logging. i also found that the SG mpg calc is pretty close to the oem mpg calc too. also the cortex has maf air flow which the SG does not have. Also, adding the o2 sensor bank data to the SG is a royal pita...
