4th of July road trip

Took the Pathfinder to my hometown of Reno & used that as a base for several day & overnight trips during the week of July 4th. Just a few samples of the local sights: Carson City capitol building: http://images.fotopic.net/fullsize/yoa223.jpg The State museum in Carson City, which is locate...

NVSteve got his OME through Rocky-Road I believe. He also got some sliders custom built (for free) via them. Based off his experiences I would say Rocky is a good re-seller. Search for his threads. If I remember correctly I initially tried to get my OME through them and either go no response or no ...

Any idea what the price will be for the pair of sliders now that they've got all the specs and are ready for production? EDIT: Nevermind, looks like they got the prices on the site. Sorry. Geez, I just looked at their pages to find the price & found pictures of my Pathie. Oh well, it's a fair t...

Really? I have the base model with taller tires and made mention of putting on sidesteps and my girlfriend made fun of me and she's only 5'7". Steve those look great, I'd be seriously tempted to try a rear end swap and a locked shortly after throwing those on. The only problem with mods like t...

They really look nice but I don't think they are very practical.I rely on that step when I enter and exit and my foot barely fits on the OEM wide step,it would never fit on those. They have to suit your taste, not mine, just giving my two cents. I'm just the opposite with my opinion of the stock steps...

Sliders installed

As some of you know, I ran across a local company that sells 4x4 products, such as the ARB line, but also build their own rock sliders for sale. I was originally looking for a local business (Rocky Road Outfitters) where I could purchase the OME suspension & found these guys. I read the section ...

Well, I just picked up the PF with new sliders and boxes of OME suspension parts in the back. Now to find someone to install it, and also to find the time to do so. I'll start a new thread for the sliders once I've taken a few pictures of them. Very nice & incredibly thick.

For those of you who have installed the OME, what parts need to be taken off the front stock coilovers to be used with the new OME? If there are just a few minor parts, then I can pick those up from the dealer and be able to get the new fronts assembled without losing the use of my PF. If I can do t...

So who has the Best Prices for the OME setup? any Recommendations? I ordered mine for $680 locally, which should be easy enough for you to do the same in your neck of the woods. as for setup light up front and light in the back or Medium on 4 corners? I'm a little leary of putting light up front an...

No hesitation at all. Thanks. Sure makes it that much easier for me to decide. What are the odds that the dealer can re-program the computer to compensate for the tire change? Has anyone tried this? I can live with the mileage being off, as I've had to do that in almost every vehicle I've ever owne...

I had my PF scheduled to get rock rails just over a month ago, but ended up getting the virus from hell for 2 weeks, so had to reschedule. I'm booked for the 23rd of this month, so I went ahead and ordered the light up front & medium in back. I can pick up everything when I get my PF back with t...
