I had to replace ours earlier this year. We purchased the truck new in October of 04 as a new 05. I think we got about 52 months on ours before I had to buy one at Sears. Died in the mall parking lot and the Sears was right there.

I just installed mine yesterday afternoon. My Son came out and helped me. After I got them installed and aired up to 35PSI for the leak test, I noticed how they really bulge between the springs at that pressure. It seems to me, that if you have a lot of salt/gravel that it would be easy for a rock o...

Hi, I just got rid of my 01 Frontier Crewcab supercharged 4x4. I had the Goodyear Wrangler MTRs in size 275/70/17. For a mud tire, they were outstandingly quiet. I loved the tires on the truck, but just couldn't justify for the family hauler. Goodyear is just now releasing the same tire, but with Ke...

Thanks,

The Firestone is a cousin to the Revo. It uses a lot of the same technology in construction. For me, the tire has been very good.
Check some of the info on tirerack as the tires compete in the same category.

No worries... I just wanted to offer my opinion/observation too. As we know, opinions are just like A-holes. everyone has one and most of them stink. I had forgotten about the heat gun action. I may have to dig mine out and roll that portion of the inner liner out of harms way. I can see that even a...

Hello, Yep, I'm sure that you can squeeze the 285's in there, but it may not work for everyone. Even from side to side on my truck, the right tire rubs with slight compression of the suspension and about 1/2 lock to the right. the left side just has more space in the wheel well. Not sure why yet... ...

Howdy! (from the middle)

Hi all! Just got signed up a few days ago. Been reading the threads for the last couple of days and sure enjoy it. I've had the Pathfinder since October 2004. It was the first one sold in Nebraska with the new body style. It's been a good vehicle and I hope to get a few more trouble free years out o...

Hi all, Mine has done this 3 times: First time in Valentine Nebraska when it was 112 outside. Second time about 5 miles from home, 72 outside. Last time it was in Denver and it was about 45 outside. All three times the rear blower was working fine. 1 time, it resolved itself, After a battery disconn...

Here is the same shot, just closer in. I found that my tires still rub ever so slightly with a full load in the PF and turning. I will be trimming back my mudflaps even more. I know I could remove them, but I like the protection from the flying rocks the tires pick up. http://farm4.static.flickr.com...
