Interesting story. i've had the airlift kit installed for a few years now, and i ran the air lines independently. I noticed the right rear end sagging a little bit , so i checked the air pressure on that side and it was 0. I pumped it up and it wasn't holding pressure. After further examination, i f...

I removed two wheels at a time and sprayed them in my basement due to the cold. I let them sit overnight before i reinstalled them. If it wasn't the middle of winter in WI, i would have done them in the garage all 4 at at time. I wouldn't do them on the vehicle as you really need to move them around...

Plasti-dip rims

I gave my rims a coat of plasti-dip over the weekend. I can't believe the difference it makes. I wish i had done it sooner!

Make sure to replace with a Nissan belt. I had napa/autozone/etc. belts and they would squeal when damp. OEM nissan belt has been silent.

4WD Light on dash

While driving in 4WD this weekend in our newly fallen snow, i noticed that the "4WD" light on the dash does not illuminated when in 4x4 high. The front wheels in the little drivetrain graphic turn on, but no light. The light does illuminate when the key is turned to the on position at star...

Not in engineering/mechanical vibrations... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damping It's actually a vibration damper - not a dampener. It doesn't make the vibration more damp. Dampener is correct... damp·en (dmpn) v. damp·ened, damp·en·ing, damp·ens v.tr. 1. To make damp. 2. To deaden, restrain, or dep...

Do a search, it has been discussed many times. If i can recall from memory, it's available from trico, and at advance auto parts.

Just replaced my original battery on my 05 yesterday. No sign of it getting weak, just was completely dead one day after work.

Thanks for the pics. I got mine installed the other day. I ran the valves to the same spot you did, but i did the two separate ones instead of the single valve. I put one on each side. It was relatively easy to attach the hose to the bag. I had the back of the truck on jack stands to make the spring...

Air Spring Valve Placement

I saw the picture of the valves mounted to the 7-pin trailer plug bracket, but i don't have one of those.

Where else have people mounted their valves? Pictures would be great!
