I've heard bad reviews about the retrofits, as well, plus they are a lot more expensive than I want to spend. I've heard the reflectors inside the factory lamps aren't ideal for HID retrofits. You would be placing a complete projector assembly inside your lens, the reflector would not be used at all.

I would suggest oem,and retrofit some projectors. Check out the retrofit source for parts, and hid planet forum for some ideas. Those aftermarket projectors have really horrible light output. They also have cheap wiring and have a tendancy to burn up.

I have seen that happen when the battery terminals are either corroded or not tight. Not enough juice at first and could make a better contact on your third try. I would check connections first.

Those guys are great to deal with, however what is not explained is the limit of that strut with your spring. I just did the same kit and ended up having to put spacers on instead. Those struts lift the truck by putting the spring under compression. What ends up happening is the strut rides at its up...

That is the sticker that is on the a/c condensor, they usually don't put a part number sticker on the radiator. The safe bet would be to do the bypass anyway and not have to worry about it.

Sounds like one of your wheel speed sensors is not working causing the abs module to think a wheel is slowing down faster than the rest. Have a shop hook up a scanner and read the abs codes, should tell you which one is acting up.

Yes it does happen,it is caused by the belting shifting inside the tire. Very common with some of the cheaper brand tires. High end tires(michelin, bfg ,nitto) use a different kind of belt structure to prevent this from happening. No matter how much balancing you do it will continue to vibrate. The ...

I actually used a heat gun. But if I was to do it again, I would bake them. The good thing is that nissan uses butyl to close there lights, so they come apart pretty easily. This is my first retrofit, due to being nervous of opening lights. By time I was done with the second one it was super easy.

The only thing I can coment on with all other ways other than a true retrofit,is the massive amount of glare with a pnp kit and lack of lumens from the led kits. Check out hid planet and scroll through. There is a bunch of useful info in there about every possible option.

Did you purchase stock lights form a dealer and use those or were they the cheaper non OEM kind that you find on ebay? (The ones that say they're just like OEM. Or did you use the ones that came with the car? I'm thinking about doing the same. Problem is my lens's need to be tossed so I was thinkin...

How's the high beam? That's where I really hate my OEM lights because it just scatters the light and still has a very low cut-off. I installed aux lights to fix all that but have thought about doing a retrofit if the highbeam would light up as well as my current aux setup. Highbeams are great, basi...

This is just a few feet from the door, so glare is really bad. http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae63/shill1234/20150226_064919.jpg This is from about 30 feet, ground is wet and the wall is red brick. These lights are super bright and my phone doesn't do it justice. http://i958.photobucket.com/albu...
