I have a set of 10 ply Nexen Roadian AT Pro LT245/75R16 @ 36 psi and honestly they are the best all terrain tire I have ever had. I'm born and bred jeep guy who's owned or have driven in many off road vehicles of all sorts with many tires of all different brands. Just for example, I live in NJ and a...

Rough winter, how's your pathy?

Live in NJ which has been an annoying winter to say the least. Between all of the salt & back to back snow storms, the pathys taking a beating. Car wash does no justice as it is salted by time I get home. Literally. No major problems with the pathy so far. Knock, knock, knock. How about any of you...

When is the recommended timing chain replacement period?

Their information is incorrect. They will fit 05-07 Pathfinders and they will fit 2008 Frontiers, but not 2008 Pathfinders. In 2008, the first year of the V8, the nose of the Pathfinder was extended 3-inches and the lamps were at more of an angle, which continued through 2012. See that, learn somet...

Ccfl halo / led headlights

^^^will these work for an 08 S pathy ?? I read somewhere that headlights listed " 05-08" are really 05-07 because in 08 - 12. they had to make room for the v8.

I do run radar, but it is just another tool, along with vigilance. It does work well in NJ, as many officers do leave their radar units on. It's great for when you just don't realize that you're going 55 in a 45. I keep my speed safe for the road and traffic conditions. I'm a firefighter, so I've c...

Backspace tolerence

I can't take the stock rims much longer. Doing some shopping for when these tires have had their day, wondering what kind of backspace tolerance the 2008 S model has. It's bone stock no lifts or anything just looking to put nicer wheels & maybe a set of 265/70 X

Re: New sound system upgrade

My 2012 Base model S Pathfinder came with a stereo system that shall we say is quite basic and not exactly of high sound quality so I am doing an upgrade. I have an Alpine head unit picked out that includes a satellite Radio tuner and I am going to upgrade all the door speakers. The front speakers ...

They state that the test is designed to demonstrate a long-term wear in a short period of time. Demonstrating oil " film " strength to be specific. Correct me if I'm wrong ( I am wrong ALOT) but from what I understand the longer you use the lower film strength oil, there is more damage tha...
