I am starting to think the noise and delayed pressure is a weak timing chain tensioner. When I park with the front end high it makes noise longer then when I park nose down.

Is it possible to change out the main tensioner without pulling the front timing chain cover? I should have replaced all the ...

05-07 had 3.36 rear end gears and 2008+ have 3.13.

You could use stock height Moog springs with a spacer or Armada rear springs. I haven't used the Armada Springs but a few guys around here have and can maybe chime in.

They probably have different travel lengths and valving due to the slightly increased ride height and weight of the 4x4 (about .5 inches).

I get annoyed when it's difficult to find technical data from companies.

If you have the 4wd dial, then you have the 4wd version.

These are the part numbers for the 4wd according to Rockauto

Rear: 24197434
Front: 24197427

I can't find any information on the difference. Honestly, if it costs you money to return them, I would just run the ones you have.

The hardest part of my wheel bearing replacement was that stupid ABS sensor. I ended up cutting it (not as pretty) like SMJ.

I love that I can move from AWD to 4HI easily and still have 4LO. I switch it in AWD when I am on roads that are spotty ice or on washboarded forest service roads.

I only notice the rear wheels slipping when I really punch it on slick roads.

Front lockers are available because R51/X/Fronty all share the R180.

The R200 doesn't have a locker specifically made for it but Steve over at Rugged Rocks has installed a couple ARBs from the Patrol? Give him a call or shoot him an email.

Was that leaks/oil pressure? I have leaky valve covers and some other things I'm gonna fix. Getting a scanner that (cross fingers) can see cam phasing and gonna tackle some possible electrical grounds in other sensors like the VVT solenoid.

Mine threw a P0011 code after the timing chain install and it was because the epoxy gasket didn't seal the entire way around the front cover. The whole job had to be almost completely redone.
