I have seen Blue Lake Offroad through searches. I am pretty sure HeftyFab can make an aluminum front bumper for 05-07 Pathfinders. I do not have any experience with either of them. 4.0 Header
AFe makes a header. Looks to be equal length with thick flanges. Replacing the header is a lot of labor. I heard about 4-5 hours.
