Also be sure to get the two bolts through the front of the oil pan. I wrestled with this a bit before I realized there were two down there (from underneath pointing upwards) directly under the front timing chain cover that were holding the cover on.

Well I figured it out. For anyone that may come across this and need the help.

There are two bolts from underneath that are NOT shown in the FSM. (PS Nissan FSMs suck complete ass for a lack of detail)

Sucks that theres no resolve for this post. Holy crap. at $387 for the tool thats not gonna work.

The build date is 03/2002. I will check the power valve butterflies as I think I should do that anyway from what I've been reading. If its not the problem, it could be in the future.
