The ride in these trucks are pretty sensitive to tire choice. If you want a good ride, you don't go with the choice you made. Best riding tires I've experienced in an R51 was on Michelin LTX M/S2 tires, which are now being replaced by the Defender LTX M/S model. These are highway all-season tires, ...

I have the same noise. I can make it happen slamming the front doors. The noise goes away for a bit, but usually comes back. I'm getting out the tape when I get home today :) Yes, mine would make the noise when shutting the doors, as well. Which makes sense now. I would pop the hood and have my wif...

Is there a reason you didn't get the rack to extend all the way over the sunroof? I have a RTT attached to the fac...

I'm coming from a D22 Frontier which I lifted (body and suspension) so no issues with living with the lift. http://saborgato.com/share/r51/frontier.png I got rid of the Frontier because while it met all my needs on the trail, it's towing capacity was really limited and wasn't as comfortable for long...

Awesome man, love the setup. You might want to consider heavy duty springs if your getting lots of rear sag with the hitch weight. Or even the rancho spacers might be a more solid option than maxing out airbags to get it up Thanks for the advice. I was in between the mediums and HD's. I think I'm j...

Just put on the Wilco Hitchgate Solo, Rotopax mount+3gal fuel container, and hi-lift mounted to it.

Had to install the Airlift 1000's to get the rear end leveled out.

Sorry for the crappy pic, finished in the evening.

Are the AC (4x4Parts) rear springs that bad? I'm looking at the same setup, but I'd rather do it once. Does the OME have a stiffer spring rate?
