dead battery

My wife just called saying her 2013 wouldn't start. Is it easy to change the battery in this like most other vehicles? Any tips or tricks or special tools needed? Thanks

I found out why our A/C quit working. The electromagnet on the compressor clutch went bad. So it wasnt pulling the clutch in, to engage. For the price of the parts, I just ordered a whole new compressor and am waiting for it to arrive. Ill post back once it's installed.

temperature gauge sometimes works

Our temperature gauge in the cluster sometimes doesn't move at all. It will stay all the way on the cold side, even when the car is hot and has been driven. This seems to happen more often in the summer. In the winter, the gauge will move up to the middle where it should be, but is sometimes glitchy...

Hood Shakes at speed

Our hood bounces around on the highway. It almost looks like its not latched and is gonna fly open. We had a recall on it a few years back, which we took it in and they made it a little tighter, but it still shakes. Does anybody have a remedy for this?
