Cargo Liner

I'm thinking about building a cargo insert that'll slide into my pathfinder when I put all the seats down in the back to act like a pickup truck bed. I move a decent amount of dirt, rocks etc. for home improvement projects, and rather then throwing dirt in a garbage can or buying dirt in bags I was ...

Issue with filling up..

Alright I've been running into two issues lately, one possibly caused by the other. I started getting a "Service Engine Soon" light, supposedly associated with my gas cap and it not venting properly (this is what I was told). So I went out and bought a new gas cap and the "Service Eng...

After taking it to the dealer for ECM recall, the VDC/SLIP light came on. I haven't checked the connections and brake fluid yet, but will update once I get home tonight. I too just brought my 2005 pathfinder in for the ECM recall. I'm running into an issue now when I use my cruise control on the hi...

No adverse effects here either, it shifts fine. Your problem is unrelated to the mod. I think it is safe to say I agree. Checked the fluid levels- fine, checked the hoses- fine. We had a ton of snow fall on us yesterday, real heavy stuff. When I climbed under there today there was a ton of snow/ice...

One thing I noticed since I did this mod (and I'm a little worried about) is that the shifter can be extremely tough at times to shift between D, N, P, etc. But once I shift through them once it loosen's up. Any ideas on what's causing this? I checked my tranny fluid level and it's fine. When I did ...

Switching out of 4WD

When switching from 4WD to 2WD it'll take a while sometimes. Sometimes so long that I'll switch it again to 4WD and back to 2WD to try and get it to go. Any thoughts on what might be causing this, is this just how they are?

Bose Subwoofer

Have any of you guys repaired or modified where the subwoofer is installed? Mine has blown and I'm going to replace it, eventually. I took a a look at the service manual to see what is involved in getting in there. It appears it's a pretty big piece of trim that needs to come out to get access. For ...
