So to answer your question of the dash indicator says it's in P, No. It says it's in R. BUT, I can proceed to turn the truck off and take the keys out. So the keys interlock still works like it should. I can only take the keys out of it's Physically in P, the dash ...

I don't know if my Pathy came with Sat-Nav or not, but I do know it came with a Bose subwoofer installed at the third row seat. -edit- I don't think it did come with a sat-nav, because either it didn't come with, or a previous owner removed the GPS antenna
