Wondering on the cost of these, if I wanted to install them.

So far I've tried to look for them, I can't seem to find any part #s for these that can be purchased.

Are the downstream CATs, actually CATs? I took it to the dealer and the lead mechanic stated they are not CATs, but resonators? Is this true?
