Thanks again for everyone's inputs. Ended up being in the area of the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and rode with the technician. He immediately said it was a wheel bearing which they replaced and the noise is gone. Not sure why the local Nissan dealer never mentioned it or could figure it ou...

Thank you for your thoughts. They put new tires on as part of the CPO so will ensure the correct size. Did take a ride with a technician and he heard it as well. There is no pulsation or anything when breaking. There is something rubbing somewhere as the time between the sound increases as you pick ...
