I second the OEM Pathfinder springs being worn out. The truck should sit level or little forward rake ( aslong as the fronts are good).

That sounds like the radiator is okay. The engineers pretty much always locate the sensor at the hottest part of the engine, which isn't always the 'stat housing. So 200F at the outlet doesn't mean the sensor is lying. I'd say it's looking like a dying 'stat, try that first.

Can you do me a favor and look at the black rubber hose leaving the heating component of the hose assembly please. Mine seems to be resting on the valve cover.
