I went through a set of Toyo Open Country AT on my Xterra a few years back and when I had to get new tires for the Path, I did a lot of comparisons and based on personal experience and other user revieew went with the same set again. I do a lot of highway in all conditions and occasionaly get off pa...

I have the same set up, but opted to install a bullbar to mount them to eliminate the shaking and vibration during driving. I agree that they work pretty well if aimed properly. I find that aiming them just past the cut-off the the low beams works best for me. If raised higher they will shoot pretty...

Myriad46, thanks for the diagram, i tried to look it up but could not find it there. it looks like the correct part. I will stop by the dealer to see if they have if and if I can take a look at it. Tech, I will have to look at it again. I did see a tab for the threaded speed-nut. I may have to go th...

I had warped rotors up front and worn out pads on all corners at 30K. I think it largely depends on driving style/conditions. But 75-90K on original pads is impressive. I do a lot of highway, but still never go that kind of lifespan out of my pads on any cars I have own. I should get some lighter sh...

Bouncing wheel is a good indicator of the blown shock. Since there is no more dampening from the shock it now bounces up and down compressing the spring. How many miles do you have on your truck?

I dont have any bolts on mine, just a few tabs that I found broken this time around. whoever did these last time just broke the lid tabs and duck-taped the thing back. I may try zip ties if I don't find anything in the local junk yard.

Broken microfilter assembly lid

I was hoping someone may know a source where I can find a replacement microfilter assembly lid? Mine has all the tabs broken and would not stay in place if not duck-taped to the assembly. I could not locate the part number on Courtesy Nissan, but have yet to talk to a local dealer about it. Any lead...

I'm not sure about those stock lamp assemblies not spreading the light - it is spreading in every pic of your HIDs. It would be nice to find the way to focus it just in front of the car. But I think even with all the light going everywhere, you're still getting more on the road compared to stock hal...

Did they just drained and refilled the oil in the tranny or actually flushed it as well? Besides the noise any noticeable performance loss?

Has anyone retrofitted the hatch actuator to regular hatch doors? I have this thing on my FX35 and love not having to slam the door. On the Path - every time I close the rear hatch it feels like the glass will shatter. i have been thinking about picking up the actuator and installing it. Has anyone ...

Sven1olaf, Thanks for your reply. What does the K/O stand for on the BFG A/Ts? Also, let me know about whether your rims required hubcentric rings to be centered on the hub. Usually these are plastic inserts that are fitted between the rim and the hub as mos aftermarket rims have hub openings cut wi...

I can see the reflection of your 7-er in the grill of the Path on one of the pics! I was a member on bimmer forums as well before I sold my E38 and I remember seeing your posts. Now its back for SUVs for me.

Over 7K miles in a bit over one month! Lots of driving, eh?
Loving the wheels! How much this set up set you back, if you don't mind me asking and where did you get it? Also, where any hubcentric rings required and whether you had any balancing issues? Thanks!

Same issue on my 06 at 32K. New hose clamps took care of it. Just the old rusty ones off and put some new clamps on. I would do all of them at once, otherwise you will be back under your truck in no time.
