I believe the spec is 18 foot pounds; you should not need a breaker bar, i didn't and all came loose with moderate force

I don't know man, the chain tensioner noise if it is the cause would not sound like that, at least in mine is not at all like that; more like a constant chain rubbing lower pitched noise than what your video is.

With gas price going up :!: I am sticking with regular unleaded just as I have done for the past 100K+ miles. As for the late model Pathy's, repeat as I just said. :D Dont think premium is absolutely neccesary. Electronics help control knock and make the motor run without major power or performance ...

WTF is  , is the right question. It doesn't appear to be in cabin wind noise, more like something is rubbing under the chasis . Is it me or does the noise seem to be in sinch with the slight up and down of the road as your crusing ? Id doesn't appear to be AC compressor clutch. Is the noise o...

Awesome! . I have been driving without a fuel gauge for the last 20,000 miles!! I was wondering if this would take place at any time. NISSAN must realize the problem is more wide spread.....THANKS

Every time after I use my AC I always press the RECIR. button. It prevents incoming air into the cabin the next time you start the truck, it also makes the cabin filter last longer. :D

My buzzing started at about 65K miles , I now have 110K and still going without any further noticeable or increased noise. For now I will keep driving it as is and keep doing regular in terval oil changes. Let's hope a recall is done at some point. If you have the tools, the time and the skill go fo...

Re: High Oil Pressure

I noticed today that when accelerating the oil pressure gauge is maxed out at the top of the spectrum. Under normal driving and idling it's normal. The only thing I can think of is that I used a Fram Tough Guard oil filter. (I always use a Nissan filter) Has anyone else run into this? I have this p...

I am on my third one! first reservoir was replaced under warranty, second one leaked again and the third one I bought appeared to have been redesigned cause it's all black compared to the 2 previous ones that were regular white plastic. Nissan must have noticed they had a problem with them craking.
