Skid Plates

OK guys and gals. I'm looking to armor up my under carriage over the winter so I can really abuse my PF next 4x4 season. If anyone here is running non-Nissan/Nismo skid plates, please let me know what you have and how they have worked for you so far. I'm particularly interested in feedback from any ...

C Rated. Make sure to air yours up if you tow or carry heavy stuff. I also highly recommend these if you tow/haul with your PF... http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=3219 I live right where Denver meets the mountains and I'm starting to see these tires everywhere from the city to the trail....

I used to run mine above 40PSI, I measured my tread wear recently(ish) and found the middle portion to be wearing faster than the shoulder lugs . That's a clear indicator of over inflation. I run them at 38PSI and they seem to be wearing evenly now (as in same difference between center and shoulder ...

The Yakima Load Warrior will fit all Pathfinders with cross bars. It will not fit if you only have the rails that run front to back. Don't try to mod the basket. It won't go well. Trust me. I work for a rack seller/installer. I see all kinds of botched mods on these things. It's a good basket for a ...

Welcome to the forum. OK... 1. About your hypothetical rear tow hook - yes you can mount one in your receiver for the sake of towing and recovery. There are tons available in varying strengths. You could possibly reuse your front tow hook if you can find longer bolts to run through the tow hook and ...

For those of you with a lift and air bags; is there a better kit for lift springs besides the standard PF kit??

Webster Pass/Leafer Trip

I went back to Webster Pass for more this last weekend. The weather was rainy and snowy so the views were a bit obscured but it was lots of fun and I threw my first snowball of the season. The Aspen leaves are staring to change. Almost ski season! Youtube Vid... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJYNKG...

Thanks for the love guys. I had way too much fun out there. The Duratracs did great. No sidewall or tread block damage. I'm still really happy with them. My Pathfinder is bone stock with the exception of tires and my roof rack. I'm really impressed with how well it did. Going in I didn't know just h...

Red Cone/Webster Pass Colorado

Red Cone is a very dramatic trail with incredible views. It's pretty technical too. I still have a stock PF and had trouble in a few spots. With some good driving and a better spotter, I cleaned the entire trail without a push or a pull. I did, however, end up with some scrapes and dings on my rocke...

I just took mine out for spin up and over Red Cone Pass in Colorado. Helluva trail... they performed very well. Check my full post in the Off Road section. It should be up in a few minutes.
