Re: Standard Aftermarket Coilover vs Titan Swap w/ Aftermarket Coilover

Don't know how I missed your post in here. Sorry! You are correct, the owner that custom the bumper, roof rack, and tire carrier use to build bike racks. I wish he would have built some sliders also while he was at it LOL I do like his custom front bumper. I may actually add a hoop to the front to ...

Re: Squeaking noise front driver side axle

Before I removed my sway bars my truck would make so much noise just parking. My .2 I would start with the both sway bars. I can't seem to remember exactly on the OEM front coilovers have rubber top hat sections that will make noise when the suspension is articulating. The OEM bushings are not the b...

Re: OME lift bad drive experience

Sorry, I didn't. I thought I may have taken pictures of it side by side with the stock springs, but I couldn't find any photos of that either. My Ironman springs should be here tomorrow. I can measure those for you too. If only you had asked a few weeks ago, I did have one of my OME springs out. Im...

Re: OME lift bad drive experience

I have OME springs and shocks in mine and they ride well even without my rear sway bar. Some questions: How's your bushings in your control arms? How does your spring insulators look like? Were those insulators installed correctly? How's your ball joints? How's your rear sway bar endlinks and sway ...

Re: Standard Aftermarket Coilover vs Titan Swap w/ Aftermarket Coilover

The owner of that white Pathy used to build bike racks up in Oregon. Not sure what he is doing now days but I have seen his rock crawling buggy and it aint no joke. Im glad to see his build continue. His custom front bumper was always my favorite. Do you have any specs on the rear suspension he used...

Re: Ride height stock suspension

I second the OEM Pathfinder springs being worn out. The truck should sit level or little forward rake ( aslong as the fronts are good). So front fender height shouldn’t be more than the rear ? This is how tall my 2005 100K miles sat. No weight OEM Suspension. If you look at my Avatar you can see ho...

I used a gopro with the clamp mount

Re: R200 Rear Differential

Just an update on the stock R200 David was running in his Pathfinder before he sold it. He was running full 4.10 front and rear lockers but encountered overheating transmission problems. I never ran into these issues in AZ but he was also pulling a small trailer up mountains. Noticed he was running ...

Re: Headlight ‘Build’

I have a set of ebay projectors that i want to open up and swap out with some h1 projectors I got off a 2015 ford taurus, just need to find LED bulbs to see if the projectors have a clean line. My HIDs gave out and wont be going back to that technology. If I can polish my OEM lens I would prefer tha...

Re: Yet Another Armada Swap study... no dice.

Here is an update video I made on the rear armada swap Still working out the bugs (clunking fox2.0s, radlfos) In search of some poly replacement bushings ( non eccentric ) I started running air in the airbags and seems to fix the OEM sagging from the Armada geometry. 10Psi seems to be my on road set...

Re: The ever popular "rear alignment" issue

Update on the rear control arm info. I measured the OEM Pathfinder and OEM Armada coil arms and they seem to be only 1" difference in length. Also before Aligning the rear I recommend double checking coil spring direction since in my case would cause the truck to wonder and feel unaligned. I ro...

Re: Rear End Feels Unstable

My truck has been wondering like crazy after swapping springs to a stiffer setup I had ran before. Didn't make sense since nothing on the alignment was changed. After reading these springs being directional I went and tested it myself. Seems by design the ends of the coils need to be facing the insi...

Re: R200 Rear Locker

The most affordable is to just carry spares since it's not as often I break axles now days but my setup requires rebuilding CVs on the spot lol. RCV made my custom axle shafts, 4130 chromolly but the outsides are still OEM stock. Most OEM length complete axles from them go for $3k but my quote would...
