So I finally had a chance to check out the airbags, after getting another set. I noticed that the red plates that got over the top of the air holes, got twisted up and ended up bending, and going into the top of the spring assembly(i'm not sure if that's what it's called), and therefore would cause ...

Air Lift Airbags

Last week I went to refill the airbags in the rear springs and I could hear a loud hissing coming from the rear right side (I hadn't filled them up in a few weeks). I checked the pressure and it was immediately near 10psi. I just happened to have an appointment the next day for brake service, so I t...

Well I started it yesterday afternoon and the blower was working... then again this morning, didn't work. But later, closer to the afternoon, it was working again... took it to get checked out.... of course they couldn't find anything wrong... my check engine light is on now too... acting weird. pea...

I just went out to start the pathfinder about an hour ago. The front fan was not working. The rear was blowing heat no problem. Is this the same thing? I have an appointment for it to be checked...

I didn't get a chance to check the fuses either.

Have a good day everyone

Good luck with that "give me some love." I had just gone over the basic warranty range and my steering linkage broke. I don't know how it happened, cause my powersteering fluid was full and everything seemed okay. Just one day, it was hard to turn the wheel, then there were some squeaks th...

The OEM ones are just crap... i've had the snow build up problem now too. If you're going to kick them free of snow, don't kick too hard or too often... cause they crack very easily. Both of the front wheel well ones are cracked, and that was just from a few times i've kicked them knocking the snow ...

For those with airbags in rear springs...

I'm just looking for any opinions on the airbags. I put them in my pathfinder this past spring and they're just awesome. They've helped when I was pulling my travel trailer, kept the rear from bouncing. Now that it's winter up here, there is ice and snow. I've noticed that the vehicle feels differen...

I've driven a vehicle previously with catalytic converter problems like NVRDONE. It would drive normal under slow driving, but when you needed power it would rev high into the rpm range but it would be very weak, and have little power. This condition eventually lead to a wrecked engine. The engine w...

Sounds like a pretty good, long trip. I was in and around Rapid City, SD around the time you were(July1-5). I have a trailer approximately the same size and was at the Rapid City, KOA. Spend five days in that area, checking things out, sightseeing, etc. I was a good thing the trailer has a/c, it was...

I had asked a local Nissan Dealership about trying to put the Titan towing mirrors on the Pathfinder. The service guys said that he would try and let me know. I got a response from them saying that the mirrors DO NOT fit. They advised that the mirror mounting area was too big for the Pathfinder area...

I contacted a local dealership and asked their opinion about whether or not Titan mirrors would work/fit on the Pathfinder. Showed them that they had the same mounting bracket. To my surprise they told me that their service manager ok'd it for them to try and see if they will fit. They said they wou...

Speeline - I have pretty much the same size trailer as you, same color Pathy too. Around 3200 dry about 450 tongue weight. When I first bought it I didn't have the airlift 1000 and the ride was very bouncy. I noticed a huge difference after I installed the airbags kit. It was awesome, you don't boun...

I was in the market for a new SUV, had three kids. Knew that I would like the seven seater without having to buy a minivan. I knew the Pathfinder was powerful, had low range, could tow, and the quality was just far above any domestics without a question. I have driven Fords on a regular basis and wa...

I have a 2006. I have a little bit of rust beginning to show near the rear door handle area. The chrome cover that goes over top of the handle. It's on the left hand side, between the chrome strip and the main body. When I close the back, you can hear the chrome part hitting the body. And from what ...
