Often I'll give it gas to pass someone on the highway or accelerate, and I'll practically have to floor it, raising the RPMs high, and barley getting any more mph. Also oil pressure/temp gauge ha...

No thread/write-up, and the backup lights are roof-mounted, so i don't use them during everyday driving. What I do have which helps are superbright LED reverse lights: http://www.jlclightings.com/CREE-5W-High-Power-SMD-921-194-2825-W5W-LED-Bulb-p/cr-39008.htm. These bulbs are amazingly bright and s...

This is just my opinion but taking the running boards off makes it look cheap. I know the guys with lifts and that actually off-road theirs do this mod however they are usually replaced with sliders. I wouldn't say it looks cheap, but that's all personal preference I guess. I'm thinking about getti...

X2. Rigid makes some top notch stuff. I have a set of their duallys I'm using for back-up lights. Theretrofitsource.com where I bought my HID projectors is also offering an offroad LED light bar. Do you have a thread or anything for what you did with the dually backup lights? My tints make it harde...

After the first wash with the plastidip. Used a foamy brush lightly and high pressure gun, staying about a foot or more away from the dipped areas and held up perfectly http://i.imgur.com/pugKeYz.jpg http://i.imgur.com/wgzkQJx.jpg My other ride http://i.imgur.com/9teh8rL.jpg http://i.imgur.com/p375v...

i did it with plastidip. it's been holding up relatively well. was going to go back and redo it with like bedliner or something, but since the jeep is my offroad vehicle ill probably just leave it dipped. have only had to do a few touch ups, where the dogs climb in using the rock rail, and where th...

Don't forget the front grill. Could you explain how you are painting? Specifically, I want to know how you have a clean looking OFF ROAD badge when your tape job left a bunch of exposed paint. Just wondering if there is some special technique to plasti dipping I need to know about. Yeah about the g...

I stuck index cards between the tire and rim and it came out perfect. the only issue is when wheels are removed because of the deep sockets. but it looks great and u can't beat the price. Yesss, definitely can't beat the price. Yeah, saw the flashcard trick after I finished :( I don't know about yo...

Headlight and Fog Light Help

So looking to upgrade the lights on the pathy but I've never been real good with lights. I love the look of halos as and then the whiter lights, so I was checking out these three: http://www.carid.com/2005-nissan-pathfinder-headlights/cg-projector-headlights-259664.html http://www.carid.com/2005-nis...
