BDGT Mounting

I was asked in a PM how I mounted my BDGT. So I thought I would add a few images. I cut the suction cup off the bottom of the included adjustable mount, and forced the bendable mounting between my dash and roof pillar trim. I guess I could have trimmed the dash edge a little so not to have a gap, bu...

Yes, in the past I relighted on the key chip, but I have been told they are able to crack that now. I was told a lot of thefts are coming from ghost keys. Any parking attendant or car wash guy that gets your key can clone it in less than 5 min. The fuel pump is a good idea. I will need to see what f...

Add a simple kill-switch to ignition?

Well after only 3 months of my Pathfinder Project , I have received a bunch of compliments on it…. something that never happened with Frontier or wife’s 2014 Grand Cherokee. Downside, I have already been broken into. Which is a bi-yearly event around here. Houston, Texas.. land of the window smasher...

I just found my upper glove box. Too funny, I didn't even known had it. I've had my 08 for a few months, but had no idea.

Thanks! I had no idea that feature existed. Just tried it with my remote and yep, hold it down for 3 sec and front windows go down halfway. Hold it again for 3 sec and front windows go all the way down. Not sure I'll use it, but nice to know it is there.

Was great time, but the mesquite trees played hell on my paint. Hundreds of fine scratches in the clear-coat.. Took me 6 hours to buff them out. :(

West Texas Dove Hunt

Opening day dove hunting in West Texas was the first time I really got to put my 08 Pathfinder to the test, since installing the lift kit, airbags and tires. I was very pleased with how the suspension preformed. The trip consisted of a 7 hour road trip, and 2 days of off-road trails from mild to qui...

That would be bad for the differantial and your ABS/VDC system might wack out. doctajones proved you can still fit the exact size you've got under there. Interesting.. I just took a look, and if so, it will be a tight fit. Biggest concern will be the exhaust pipe.. only about 2" from stock spa...

Same engine. And same drivetrain. Although Armada Pt's have 3.36's. Very nice pics, Pathy is coming right along. Did you get a spare with those larger tires? Thanks. No I still have the stock spare. To be honest, I have not looked to see what the biggest tire I can fit on carrier? My "theory&q...

My son-in-law's 2013 Armada to my 2008 Pathfinder comparison after lift. A little longer and wider, but not taller after the Rancho lift. Same engine. http://www.geneinman.com/img/s10/v107/p1668642510-4.jpg http://www.geneinman.com/img/s10/v104/p1810708293-4.jpg http://www.geneinman.com/img/s9/v96/p...

This helped me.. Older thread: http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?p=32969#32969 Added: you might try this as well. I was told the same thing, and a manual alignments seem to have worked. My method was similar to this: http://www.clubfrontier.org/forums/f26/how-alignment-w-o-special-tools-285...

hum, i thought the weight limit for the roof was 100lbs Yea.. About what I suspected. It will need to be a custom, not a bolt on. Something that fits between the stock rails and actually sits on the roof (with rubber isolates under basket ribs) and also attaches to factory rails. I don't need to ha...

on the bully dog, i did some tests with that speedo correction...if you change the setting while the car is running, then yes your speedo and bd will be different. but if you leave the setting and restart your car, the speedo will match the new bd setting. Interesting... My in-dash Speedo does not ...

For your driving, once a year, with Amsoil would be my recommendation. About 150 bucks if you do it yourself.

I have used them for years, and swear by them.
