Hey guys please tell me is it possible that on Path 2006 v6 a failed or maybe clogged catalytic converter can cause multiple misfire error P0300 and loss of power to the point when it was impossible to accelerate above 10 miles/h?

Tahanks!

Path 2006 Vibration Rumble problem

OK I have same problem on pathfinder 2006 with 93000 miles. At about 45 mph while accelerator is pressed I begin to hear annoying audible vibration/rumble that seem to come from the back of the car. I inspected radiator cap and it seems to be clean and covered with clear liquid. I am addressing this...

RE: Oil Pressure Needle drops when idling 06 Pathfinder

I now pretty sure that the cause of fluctuating oil pressure was oil filter. On Nissan Pathfinder LE 2006 oil pressure gauge sowed low pressure while idling in drive -- I had Purolator L14610 oil filter installed. After I changed oil and oil filter back to Nissan OEM the problem was gone.

VIDEO: Oil Pressure Needle drops when idling 06 Pathfinder

Please take a look at my video on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzFyHxzTTI0 of oil pressure gauge of 06 Pathfinder with needle turning lower while idling at red light. The needle also constantly moves up and down. Once the car starts moving the needle goes back up and keeps steady at the sa...

Thank you for taking time to explain. It's still unclear what to do. I will call Nissan tomorrow and will post whatever they'd suggest.

differential & transfer case oil change YES or NO???

I am puzzled whether I should or should not change differential and transfer case oil on my Pathfinder 06? While Nissan maintenance schedule suggests replacing differential oil and transfer case oil at 60K and then at 90K miles. Nissan dealer claims that differential and transfer case oil does not g...

Nissan Pathfinder excessive fuel consumption

My situation is like yours. I drive pathfinder 06 le every day from brooklyn to manhattan on bqe and drive in manhattan a lot. As of last month I used to get 12.5-13mpg exclusively in manhattan (I was resetting odometer all the time) I used to get 22-23 mpg on highway unless there was strong headwin...

Pathfinder 2006 Excessive Fuel Consumption?

Hello, I just bought this 2006 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4L v6 4WD. I love the truck except for it's fuel consumption, which seems a lot higher than on paper. No matter how smoothly and carefully I drive the car, it goes about 9.3 - 11mpg in New York City traffic. Meanwhile on highway I achieve 20-21mpg....
