I believe the squeaking noise has to do with sway bar bushings. There is technical service bulletin on this NTB-10-072A.

It's the controller for the memory seats. If you have the charge system warning light and brake light coming on, then you have a charging system problem and the clicking could be a result of that. Check your battery cables and charging system; it should charge 13.2-15 volts. Thanks you "smj999...

were you able to tighten the terminals enough? I found that mine stretched over time, and so on the positive one, I ended up replacing the terminal ($5 part from the dealer). I just cleaned up battery terminals and reattached them. Drove for about 5 miles around the city. So far so good. Let's see if it lasts.
