Most professionals use a heat gun to remove the stickers/badging. They heat up the area and slowly peal the sticker/badging off. I have tried it and it works like a charm. A hairdryer might work as well.

The PF is good in the snow, however the stock BFG's are terrible in the snow or on wet pavement. I switched over to Yokohama Geolandar AT's and the PF drives like a dream rain, snow or shine.

I would check the fuse and the dimmer knob. If the fuse is blown, no lights. If the dimmer is turned too much down, then no lights as well.
