Which kit is this? I'm looking to HID ours...

My two other cars are Audis and have Xenons(our Maximas did as well). Never really realized how poor the Pathy's lights are until I had to drive 2hrs on country roads last night... the reason I'm looking here for answers. Very dangerous at speed limits with the standard lights imo. Found a Bi plug/p...

Any interest? 2007 Pathfinder LE 2WD - assume NMAC lease:

I really hate doing this but our Pathfinder is not working out as a primary family car. We leased this one having come from a Nissan Quest prior and the wife and kids would all prefer another van unforunately for me, likely going back to one. Ours is Silverton Blue with Tan(unsure if its Cafe, think...

Get a thin liquid wax(I use TheWaxShop) and coat it

about every 3mos. I use it on the rubber door surrounds as well. Dries hazy clear and polishes to a glossy-black finish on plastics/rubber. Use a lint free towel for wiping/polishing. Very important to use a thin liquid formulation, sparingly for best results. I use a little WD40 under the hood and ...

May be possible to integrate in place of the

iPod or XM/Sat interfaces but I don't think there is a factory one for the 06-07 Paths. I'd bet you could integrate one of the '08 modules in but you'll likely need to recode them to communicate with each other. If I can ever find a PC program to read/manipulate the Nissan CAN/N-Bus interfaces throu...

Pics of the US cargo area - for retractable cover:

Drivers side(LHD) http://web.comporium.net/~hpc3/pics/pathr1.jpg Passenger side http://web.comporium.net/~hpc3/pics/pathr2.jpg The cover in the US parts system has a retractable(vinyl I am assuming) cover/reel assy that fits in the forward area holes(plugs installed in my pics) and then unreels towa...

I'll have to go by there for the pic...

When I found out the price on the US retractable one I lost interest. I'll hopefully get a pic up by mid week, schedule permitting.

Dealer here(SC) has them as an orderable OEM part in

Graphite and Desert colors for a 2005 model. My 2007 LE has the indentations in the plastic sides(cargo/3rd seat area) for this to snap into. I don't want one for the price but thought it interesting that the US cars come with the indentations/locations for the retractable cover yet they weren't off...

You can order a cargo cover in the US...

Researched it at my dealer. They are available as an OEM body part(not listed in the Accessories) and list for ~$470 in Graphite or Desert. Don't know if they ever shipped with the cars over here but they are on the 2005 models parts listing. My dealer discounts parts so hopefully you'd be able to p...

Look at the brakes on the Pathy... they'll

kill someone in that thing when it won't stop. Hope those aren't drivers.

Seen some real tasteless stuff come out of Unique lol.

It will likely cost a ton more to add an OEM unit/parts to a

non-Nav Pathy. You'll need to change the AC controller, panels, dash, CD changer, etc... think the option was ~$1600 on our 2007 so we passed on it. The thing I really wanted was the LCD console(coming from a Quest with this, no nav). I'd love to just have the monitor in our '07, don't need/use the ...

Do you still have the 4-7pin converter?

Might buy these as a pre-emptive strike for a future trailer. Let me know...
