didn't exactly see a tread like this when i searched, sooooo....

for those that have replaced your radiator, which did you use and where did you get it? any particular reason for using or not using ...

Yeah that was my expectation. I did find some for sale online much cheaper than the dealer price. I just need to look closely to make sure they aren't bargain garbage coming from Asia.

I just removed it and cleaned it with electrical contact cleaner. Just the switch assembly comes out. You do not have to remove the door panel. There's a plastic hook at the top of the assembly so you have to gently pry with something from the bottom. then the unit pops out. Release the two ...

That's good to know. The google video showed the armrest being lightly pried upwards with a none damaging plastic tool.

I've also head that maybe there might be a corroded connection somewhere.

Thanks for the tip on Ebay, I'll take a look when I get home. Any tips for removing the door panel? I did a basic Google of it and it seems pretty straightforward.

My mechanic quoted me around $250 for the switch. I could call the dealer to verify.

We have an issue with the drivers side window in our 08 PF. Basically it goes up and down when it feels like it. There are times it works, but more often than not it won't go either up or down. All of the other windows work fine. The switch is rather expensive.

Our 08 recently threw similar lights on the dash. My mechanic said the codes pointed to the front right wheel bearings. That might explain the terrible wear on that tire on the last set. Needless to say we have new bearings and the codes are gone. Truck has 95k for miles.

Our 08 V6 does the same shake when the compressor kicks on. I recently changed the plugs at 95k miles hoping it might ease the problem but it's still there.
