You talking about just the fronts 20% or all of them? I think the fronts at 20% isn't going to match the rears.

PS your avatar pic needs resized. It's filling my 24" monitor!

I would say they're somewhere around 35. Keep in mind the more windows that are tinted the darker they'll look because of a reduction in pass-through light. Just tinting the front sides will make the others appear darker.

Yes, very common to go over them with more tint. It just doesn't require as dark of a film since you're starting with a dark window. I would think 35% added to the back windows would get you pretty dark. I think that's close to the factory tint to begin with so you'd be doubling it. I know if you pu...

Re: 2010 pathfinder window tint

The factory tint is not a film, therefore it can not be removed.

I've gotten about 5 letters in the mail from different Nissan dealers around my area offering to buy back my 2012  That's one of the most popular (and successful) marketing campaigns dealers use today. Even the guy with the Versa gets those letters. I've got a fleet of vehicles for business an...

R52 now has a FWD biased system with a center hydraulic clutch that really can't handle any type of hardcore use. Not much different than the Rogue/CRV/RAV4's of the world. It can lock the axles for a short period of time if you're stuck but generally only sends spurts of power to the rear. Whereas ...

A real SUV is certainly becoming a rarity in the wild. Particularly the small/mid-size ones.

It should come on with either. Perhaps the switch on the door isn't working properly.

I did my first around 60k and the fluid looked and smelled like new. I think it's overkill for synthetic but I've been doing drain/fills every ~30k miles anyway. It's not particularly expensive.

Personally, I prefer the Akebono Pro ACT ceramics which I got from Rockauto.com. Akebono is an OE supplier of brakes to Nissan. It's funny because I've used the Akebono for the last two brake swaps, and the most recent set is performing quite different. Not sure if they reformulated the pads or wha...

From what I understand, the problem comes from a lack of quality control in the manufacturing process. Some of the chain guides are perfectly fine but others aren't and they develop problems as they wear. I read somewhere that it had to do with the age of the molds they were using in production or s...

Well free is hard to pass up. The lift shouldn't hurt your mpg at all. That's usually only because people add huge tires. But you're actually going smaller/skinnier tires which will improve mpg. It might handle like shit though. The ground clearance might not hurt you much either...those skinny tire...

That's a big swing in size. About 1.65" shorter and 1.2" narrower. The stock tire size isn't particularly expensive. There shouldn't be a huge swing in price between the 265 and 235. Maybe $10/tire max. If you really need to go as cheap as possible though, a 245/75-16 is significantly clos...

I've started consistently running premium over the last month or two and my mpg is up 1mpg or better. Pretty much pays for the fuel premium.
