The updated fuel level sending unit is 25060-ZZ00A and the oring is 17342-EA000, I work for Nissan and we change a lot of these. If you can't find them on courtesy website, www.nissanparts2u.com has them too!

The manual calls for 5w30, but says you can use 10w30, 20w40 or 20w50. I am going to put in Castrol GTX high mileage this oil change. I would say you probally have some old 20w50 in there and an oil pressure sending unit that is old.

Re: timing chain

correct statement for single cam trucks, my I30 like the maxima has a VG30DE and is chain driven. When nissan has a single cam on a v6 it will usually have a belt. The dual cams require chains as they are more complex.

ams oil it the amway of the lubricant world. stay clear. if it sounds too good to be true it probally is. If you want to go one year or 15k on an oil change castrol edge would do it. But even if you ran that, I still wouldn't go more then 7500 between oil changes to get a new filter.

does it not work at all or only on high? if it only works on high then it's a blower motor resistor.

I'm hear to shake things up a bit... rear main seals, valve covers, powersteering stuff, and rear trailing arm bushings.

Re: Mods

Depends on what year you have. if you have an older 87-95 Pathy, its a bit difficult. for lifts there are a couple of sights online that supply them(google), they run about 1k. as for engine mod's this is a good/bad thing. I have an 89 pathy with the vg30I v6. This was a very popular engine for nis...
