The HVAC does work properly, but the interface with the stock screen has been a bit buggy. I spoke to the tech helpline, and they said I need an update. Evidentially, it's a pretty simple process, and they claim the bugs have been worked out once you do the online update. The install kit comes with ...

Positive terminal replacement 2008

I just finished replacing the positive terminal on my wife's 2008. The positive clamp/ring terminal is crimped to the the cable coming from the alternator(I believe). It was pretty short, so I didn't want to remove the crimped connection, I just modified it. Either way, the rest of the positive atta...

Install complete! It was a bit of a pain in the rear, with a few calls to tech support, but it's in and sounds great.

It sure does, but much less rust!

Thanks for the photo. I would guess that there shouldn't be much bouncing of the shaft; I inserted a few washers for clearance just in case.

Front driveshaft clearance on Calmini lift

Yesterday, I was creeping around under my wife's 2008 4x4 Pathfinder, attempting to control the corrosion, and noticed that the front drive shaft was really close to a crossmember. She has the 5" Calmini lift, and the airbags for support in the rear coils. I installed a few spacers between the ...

A shot of the sway bar bracket reweld

Please excuse all the rust, we spend most of our free time at the beach and corrosion never sleeps around here!

The way my wife drives her Pathfinder, we probably need them!

Here are a few shots of the rig, I'll try to get a clean photo of the swaybar fix.

Pic coming soon

We have Toyo Open Country MT's (295/70 R17) tires mounted on a set of offset wheels from 4wheel parts. There was a bit of trimming and cutting to get them to fit properly. I didn't realize how rough the ride was until I drove it the other day, so I finally ordered Radflo coil overs to replace the eq...

Few Q's

Thanks for the breakdown. We have an '08 with the Calmini lift, and the shocks are very tired. I was curious if you ordered the coil overs from PRG or another supplier(PRG gets really back-ordered sometimes), and did you use a stock sized rear shock? Our rear suspension bottom's out very easily so w...
