It might be the power steering. Do you hear it when the car is in Park? It would help if you could try pinpointing the location.

There are kits that people on the RV forums point to to do something similar, but they are generally meant for the storage bins in camping trailers. There is probably not a whole lot of demand for that type of storage for our particular vehicles, so I'm not surprised that you haven't been able to fi...

Your "rumble strip" sensation is the classic "judder" or "shudder" that the 2013 - 2015 Pathfinders are experiencing. There are well-established ways to document the issue, which you have to do, because Nissan is denying any problem exists unless proven otherwise on a c...

That's quite a panoramic shot! Almost looks like a Nissan Pathfinder ad. Image

There was a discussion about this a few years ago on another forum.

No conclusions from what I can see but some very valid "why?" questions were raised.

Nissan suggests an oil change every 6 months or 7,500 miles. The state of CA commissioned a study that showed 10k is perfectly fine with conventional oil and 15k with synthetic. Other than that, it's personal preference. Some feel changing the oil frequently is cheap insurance against premature engi...

On another Pathfinder forum, there was a discussion about this, and here is what was said about the CVT in Nissan's models: The prior CVTs were belt driven, and they were known to be highly problematic in their earlier incarnations in both the Altima and the Murano. In fact, Nissan had to extend the...

I have heard the same also. Have you tried contacting a dealer service department to confirm?

Did it have the tow package or did you add the hitch?

I have a 2013 SL and have pulled our 3750 lb. travel trailer many times. In fact, I purchased it in Maryland and hauled it to Connecticut. They are rated to tow 5000 lbs. and I have had absolutely no issues.

We have a '13 SL with the sunroof. Personally, I like it, but after 4 years of ownership, here are my observations: 1. It's nice to have the extra light coming in 2. As sunroofs go, the front one is smaller than most 3. You get wind noise, but that is true with any open sunroof 4. As the driver most...
