Yeah, do update with that. are you saying the Honda people can program the Pathy? I thought you had to have a Nissan Consult II/III in order to do so with the key cards. If they are able to do that, find out what tools they do that with.

You have to have all the keys reprogrammed at once. if you then fine the lost keys, they will no longer be usable. Been there done that with a couple different Nissans. As a side note, let us all know how the switchblade key and remote works out, and where you ordered it from. I had a buddy order on...

mine are just straight bolt ons. I would shy away from anyone telling you that they are weld on only. there's not a good amount of space to be welding and there is a lot that can go wrong there not to mention air leaks and so on.

There have been a lot of documented problems with the internals of the catalytic converters shredding themselves. It has been documented with the Pathy, Frontier and Xterra 05 to 08 models. It happened in mine. There are a couple good vendors on Ebay that have them for a reasonable price. I think I ...

113K miles on my 05 Pathy. Bought her February 1 of this year with 88,900 miles.

I had to change out both primary cats right after buying. Did the radiator bypass for the transmission and really haven't done any repairs after that.

lemme know if you want pics of my set up or need any other help with it. pretty easy really. all a matter of funds. You can also look at the Pioneer D3 (last generation). I have a D3 in my other Pathy, and enjoy it as well. it's a nice unit, just not quite as many bells and whistles. Check out Craig...

For keeping the Radio Controls, you are looking for a PAC kit. they will be specific to the Nissan and to whichever radio you choose. Not sure what to tell you about amplifying AM radio. I'm pretty much only listening to the XM in my Pathy these days. I have the Pioneer Avic 910XBT. love the unit. d...

It's actually really simple to swap stereos in. the price they are quoting you is insane. Stereo shops in SC are around 40 bucks for install, 15 for harness and double din kit. Incidentally what stereo did you buy for yours? If you don't fancy trying it on your own, Best Buy is a pretty decent bet. ...

A friend of mine tried this with his 08 Xterra. Said it was very cheaply made, and even after cutting up a perfectly good key in order to transfer the chip to the housing of the remote, it would only work about half the time. he got frustrated after a week or so and tossed it.

YMMV

R51 swaps

Just an oddball question, but has anyone swapped out the base model AC controls for the upgraded digital ones? It seems like it would probably require changing the harness and a PITA, but curious none-the less. Also is there anyone with the factory Bose subwoofer who would be willing to post up a co...

Got a set of the 6 spokes off an 01 LE in Tallahassee. They have tires on them, but pretty worn (probably about 2 to 5k miles left on the tires). Shoot me a PM or email [email protected].

Thanks,

Donald

I have them on my 05 Pathfinder and they are awesome. I have both Fogs and Headlights. I went with the ones that are High and Low Beams. they are great. I have been pleased all around both with service, shipping, price, and product. I also have their HID's in my CBR, and my Integra. In the Path, I w...
