The SE-R has been a great car. The Pathfinder became my wife's full time car right about the time we got married and that made the SE-R my daily driver.Short shift kit, and upgraded stereo has been the only two modifications I have made to it.

After much reading and chatting with a Nissan tech, while it was possible (and I did with an older R50 Pathfinder), The requirements of all the different electronic systems would require essentially finding a 4x4 version that had been rolled and then stealing all the electronics, ECM, etc in additio...

Yeah, it is the oil pressure sender unit. I ant remember, but I think it was under 40 bucks at tgf dealer, and simple to unscrew the old one.

05 Pathfinder 2WD to 4WD

OK, so here is the question after a mountain cabin trip with the wife. How much trouble is a project of this sort.I have don the swap on an older (late 90's) Nissan truck without a great deal of trouble. I have a friend who owns a salvage yard and he currently has a totalled 07 Pathy 4x4 (Rollover)....

05-12 Pathfinder factory cloth floor mats - tan

I have two spare sets of tan floor mats for the 2005-12 Pathfinder. My wife has the Weather Tech mats in hers, and I truly have no idea how I ended up with two sets. Say 40 per set plus whatever actual shipping charges are with the shipper of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Both sets could use...

96-04 Cargo Cover - Tan

I have a tan cargo shade for the 96-04 Pathfinder. It is in good condition as it has been sitting in my garage for about 4 years since I traded up to an 05 Pathfinder for my wife. Asking 50 plus whatever actual shipping charges are through the shipping of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.). http://...

I had this exact same problem with my 05 Pathfinder (now the wifes). If you have access to a lift, it is not a bad job. It took me about 3 hours to swap them out (I'm not a professional mechanic). You can get both cats on ebay for not too much (sub $500US). When you pull down the upper cats (the one...

I have had several Pioneer Nav units, going back probably 7 or 8 years. I'm a bit of a junkie for them. I have had the units with separate hide away pieces that were a pain in the butt, and flip out screens and so on. I'll just throw out my thoughts on three units and that hopefully will explain my ...

I love the Pioneer AVIC Z110 that I have in my car. I have the AVIC X910BT in my Pathy and don't love it nearly as much. :-) I would probably recommend the AVIC Z2 if looking a little at a budget. The AVIC D3 was also a pretty solid unit. For pretty much any good unit, you are going to spend about 5...

New Nissan (not Pathfinder) added to the household

Just picked up a 2005 Altima SE-R. 6MT, Sheer Silver, and the red inserts to the leather. 69K miles, and picked her up for $11,700. I think I did alright on that. Unfortunately all four wheels have been curbed. I have an appointment with Alloy Wheel Repair to get them refinished. Other than that the...

01 Pathfinder SE wheels

I have a set of 4 Pathfinder wheels with or without tires for sale. The tires have about 5k miles left on them. $250 plus actual shipping charges (you choose which shipping method). $200 if picked up local in Tallahassee FL. All are in good shape. http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q282/uscjustice/I...

adding steering wheel controls

Does anyone know if this is possible? Salvage yard nearby has an 06 Pathy that was totaled, and I could pull the steering wheel (leather wrapped too), and plug it in. just wonder if the steering wheel radio controls would work. Any thoughts?
