I did this a few weeks ago to my 2009 S.
Ordered this kit:

Wasn't a big deal to install. No idea why the part shows up under the 2005-2008 exterior section.

I'm pretty sure you would only want two crossbars. Bought a leftover new 2009 S 4x4 about a month ago. Very happy so far, considering the Pathfinder cost less then the used 4Runners I had been looking at!
