My check engine light went on last week. Brought the Pathfinder to the dealer and was told it was the fuel sender but I was not in the mileage range to be covered. I have 88,520 miles. My dealer worked with Nissan NA and they good willed it.

Real quick question.

Has anyone experienced an ABS brake accuater failure?

I've read some Maxima and Murano forums where there have been some ABS failures.

Overall I am still a Nissan Fan(the only brand I have ever owned), I am just interested to know if anyone else has had any issues with ABS.

I had a similar noise, turned out to be a front U-Joint. I was under 60K miles and it was covered by the powertrain warranty

Got the PF back today, much faster than promised as the parts arrived yesterday. The root cause was the failure of the Actuator Assy-Anti Skid Part # 47600. My inspection of the tranny fluid look ok to me and a mechanic friend, however when the dealer checked it, they found traces of coolant. I was in the very early stages of the radiator/tranny failure. Just a heads up, I hope you do not have this issue. Good Luck.

I'm new to the forum. The paint peeled off my gutters down to the primer, no rust. 56K miles. Garage Kept, Waxed, Etc. I called Nissan NA and they good willed a roof painting and gave me a rental for a few days. I did play the 6 time Nissan owner card with VIN#'s.
