Its because the Steering Angle Sensor needs to be reset. VDC uses many inputs to work including steering angle. Disconnect your battery and the sensor looses its 0deg point which is straight. It will relearn itself but in order to do so the vehicle has to be driven straight and the wheel can not be ...

then the majority of vehicles should bypass their radiator coolers. They should sell kits at walmart for people who purchase new vehicles. You know just to be on the safe side. Sounds like a terrific idea. Drive a manual or a bike if you have such an issue with this because its been happening for ye...

No manufacturer will make a recall unless it is a direct safety concern to its consumers. I will agree that the failed part is a transmission cooler whether it be part of the radiator or not. That is how we need to submit the claim to Nissan saying that the primary failed part is the trans cooler. I...

Just askin', because you seem pretty angry about a potential problem that is easily prevented. Dont have a dog in this fight, and dont want to bash Nissan, Even though my 08 has been in the shop more then in my garage... :x The problem may be "easily prevented" but one shouldn't have to m...

we have had a technical service bulletin out on the fuel level sensor for awhile now. It includes 2005 and as for the newer vehicles 08-10 how are they still an issue when the bulletin was made before their production. I have seen one fuel level sensor issue on the Titan Armada platform and countles...

check under your radiator cap and also look in the coolant resevoir. Look for a slimy white to gray substance. Also to add to the driveshaft ordeal... The front driveshaft always spins while the vehicle is driving so it will cause plenty of vibrations. The front shafts u-joints are common to go bad ...

without droping speed and while in gear romp on the accelerator for a brief second hit it good while it is trying to go back to 2wd it should go right in. Works on Armada/Titan too worn or tight u-joints can affect this as well.

man you must have got a path that was built on a Friday, that is the first time I have heard of an R51 automatically locking brakes up. I have replaced some seized calipers. Thats nuts that you destroyed the front diff to get it of the road, but by all means that was a safe move. I hope Nissan comes...
