That'll mess with your onboard readings for sure. Go here: http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos
Plug in 265/75/16 in the left column (in-car calculations are based on this size), then 245/75/16 in the right. It'll show you how off your readings will be.
