I just purchased Bilsteins for my 05. I haven't installed them yet but they seem to get good reviews from other links on this forum. I chose the 5100 adjustable series but they also make a stock replacement strut as well. You can check out www.4x4parts.com for other options. https://www.4x4parts.com...
I live in Arizona so it's very tough on paint jobs. That being said I bought my 05 Pathfinder new and it is always garaged. I recently noticed in the last 6 months that the paint on the hood and tops of the fenders has started to get cracks in the clear coat. My pathfinder is black.
You need to get an alignment done. If you jack the torsion bars too high the alignmet shop may not be able to get the front end into spec. You may have to come down a hair.
Nice photos Pathfind'nAZ. I've spent a lot of time out at Butcher Jones around Saguaro lake and also around Lake Pleasant. That was back when I had my 98 Frontier 4X4.

FYI the front airbag sensor on the Pathfinder is actually mounted on the center lock support on the radiator support. The crumple zones on the pathfinder are actually manufactured into the frame of the pathfinder and not the bumper. I would not recommend removing the front bumper re-inforcement bar.
Quick question for those who have replaced your rear springs. (w/lift springs)

I found the OME spring rate on line. It is 390 lbf/in or 68 n/mm in the metric system. I can't seem to find the OE rear spring rate on line. _______________________________________________________________ From all my research I chose to upgrade the suspension vs putting in spacers.
