Kidd, your story is just like mine. bought a 05 used from a Suzuki dealership. started squealing about 2 months after we got it. father in law replaced belt and tensioner with parts from napa. that worked for about 2 months, now it's squealing again. so, like you, i ordered nissan parts on line, and...

Thank's for the reply's guys. Like I said, my wife was driving, so it's hard to get an exact recount of what happened. I looked at the floor mat, and it doesn't look like there is any way it could have caused it. I called the dealer, and they said it shouln't have anything to do with the relay they ...

throttle stuck?

hey guys quick questions. I just had my 2005 to the garage for the ECM relay recall, and they also did the crash zone sensor sensor recall. That was Friday. Well yesterday the wife was stopping at a stop light and she said the engine started to race, so she had to put both feet on the break and slam...

Thanks for the info guys.

Yeah, I just got it a few weeks ago, and it has 18,000 miles on it. The manual calls for every 7500 miles, so not knowing the exact maintenance schedule it was under, I figured I might as well do it now.

Thanks again.

rotate tires, tps?

Hey guys, I just want to rotate my tires and was wondering if I have to reset the tps?
I know some vehicles you have to reset them so the car knows what tire is where, is the Pathy the same?
And if so how do you do this?
I have a 2005 SE with OUT the nav. system.

Thanks.

Just wanted to update this post. I ended up buying that 05 I was looking at. It's a black 2005 SE with only 18,000 miles on it! Had to drive almost 2 hours to get it, but it was worth it. We didn't even know what model it was till they pulled it up and as soon as I seen the fog lights and running bo...

looking to buy

Hey guys, I am looking to buy a 2005 pathfinder with super low miles. I was wondering what to look for as far as problems. I kind of wanted to stay away from this year since it is the first year of a redesign, but with as low of miles it has, I have to give it a look. Any info would be great.

Thanks.
